  • What are the benefits?

    Routine maintenance can extend the lifespan of a roof for up to 10 additional years as a result of proper maintenance. Our maintenance programs are intended to protect the lifespan of the roof and also catch any potential repairs early on to prevent more expensive repairs down the road.

    For field seams on flat roofs: 

    - Re-gluing 

    - Re-taping 

  • What can I expect?

     Our service expert will start by carefully inspecting your roof. They will perform any necessary maintenance needed based on their observations. They will discuss any potential problems and create a plan of action if more extensive repairs are needed.
